- The product must not be a personalized, perishable, or sealed item (such as certain essential oils or bath bombs) if opened.

- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Once we approve your return, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received safely. HolisticHealingYou is not responsible for items lost in transit.
2. Refund Policy (2 Working Days)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 working days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. HolisticHealingYou will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
